Higher Education Commission (HEC) is educational regulatory authority in Pakistan. HEC is central body for conduct & control of higher educational activities across the country. Universities & degree awarding institutes must follow HEC regulations & fulfill criteria in order to continue educational activities. Recently, HEC announced from official social media account that educational activities at Isra University has been halted from Fall 2022 semester & onwards. Moreover HEC explained that this action has been taken in order to protect future of students. Admissions in all disciplines of Isra University has been stopped.
Furthermore this will include all admissions including medical colleges, in the principal seat in Hyderabad as well as Karachi & Islamabad till the resolution of ongoing crisis.
Hence the students are advised not to take admission in Isra University’s any campus because the degree will not be accepted in future due to HEC boycott. HEC will not recognise the degree earned during the time period in which crisis is ongoing till resolution. After Isra University granted NOC for admissions by HEC, students can take admission.
