The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (MAIC) has announced scholarship for Pakistani students at Undergraduate, Masters & PhD level. Under this scholarship program, Pakistani students can get admission in Moroccan’s public sector Higher, Technical & Vocational education.
Eligibility Criteria
Students must fulfill following criteria to be eligible to apply for Moroccan Government scholarship 2022-23:
- Applicant must be Pakistani/AJK national & resident
- Dual nationality holders are ineligible
- Selected scholar shall be available from start of academic year (September/October 2023) in order to start classes at university.
- Candidate must have 12 Year, 16 Year & 18 Year education for Undergraduate, Master & PhD programs respectively.
- Age limit for undergraduate level is 19-23 Years
- Candidate must have mastery level French language knowledge because the medium of education is French language only. On the other hand Arabic & Islamic studies will be taught in Arabic language, so it is also necessary to have Arabic language proficiency.
- Student must fulfill all requirements by respective Moroccan university.
- Candidate should never been suspended/expelled from the Kingdom of Morocco earlier in criminal activity.
- In case of selection, student must have Moroccan student visa & Health certificate before arrival to Morocco.

Please note that this form is in French language but students can fill information in English language for their convince. - Candidates are required to fill online application at HEC portal. To apply at HEC portal, Click Here
It must be noted that HEC is a facilitating authority that is medium of communication between applicant & Scholarship Authority. Hence all notification will be communicated with students via HEC.
