Talent Hunt Program initiated by USAID-funded merit based & need based scholarship program. USAID Talent Hunt Program (THP) offers female entry test preparation for higher education admission to Balochistan’s public or private sector universities.
USAID Talent Hunt entry test preparation program is offered to the bright female students of low income families who can’t afford entry test preparation fees of academies & institutions. This scholarship program provides opportunities to the students willing to continue their higher education but can’t afford expenses. In this way all the students with charming previous educational career & willing to apply for engineering, medical & other general programs in any of Balochistan’s university for higher education can apply & get free entrance test preparation opportunity by USAID Talent Hunt Program for admission entry test preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
Here’s eligible criteria to be fulfilled in order to be eligible for USAID Talent Hunt Program entry test preparation.
- Student must be a Pakistani or AJK national
- Must belong to a low income family
- Minimum marks should be
- 80% in Intermediate (1st Year) in Engineering, Medical & Computer Science group
- 70% in Intermediate (1st. Year) in Social/General Science/Art & Humanities group
- Only female students are encouraged
- Disabled female students shall be given preference

- Computer Science (CS)
- MDCAT
- Business Education
- Physical Sciences
- Social Sciences
Shortlisting & Merit Process
Shortlisting process will be started by HEC committee to determine eligibility of applicants then merit list of eligible applicants will be prepared according to academic record & need based criteria defined for USAID Talent Hunt Program for entry test preparation. Finally, the offer letter shall be issued to the candidates according to available seats.
USAID test preparation venue
Entry test preparatory classes under USAID funded program will be held at “Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta”.
