The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) announced 2023 Undergraduate Semester Exchange Program for Pakistan. This scholarship program is intended to promote mutual understanding between the people of United States & Pakistan simultaneously.
This program provides Pakistani full time undergraduate students the opportunity to enrich their education & experience through one semester of full time.
UGRAD Eligiblity Criteria
Undergraduate Semester Exchange program under USEF require followings to be fulfilled by the candidate to be eligible to apply for UGRAD 2023 program:
- Pakistani Citizenship
- Younger than 25 Years
- Enrolled in College/University in Pakistan & committed to returning home university after completion of the program
- In 14th or 15th Year of formal education
- Applicants are required to submit most recent & old transcripts with application
Ineligibility
Followings are ineligibility conditions for UGRAD scholarship by USEFP:
- Dual United States & Pakistani nationality
- U.S. Permanent residency
- Employees of the Fulbright organization, the U.S. Department of state, or USAID & their spouces, children & parents
- Students in their first or final year of university

How to apply for UGRAD Scholarship
In order to apply for UGRAD Scholarship:
- Apply online at USEFP Website by visiting it.
- Only online applications will be accepted
- Paper based applications will not be considered
- All application materials including degrees, transcripts, certificates etc must be uploaded online while applying
- Reference letter will only be required from the selected candidates
