ECAT is a combined entry test that is a preliminary requirement to be eligible to apply for BSc Engineering & BSc Engineering Technology Programs in engineering universities in Punjab.
ECAT Syllabus & Paper Pattern

The answer is: yes!
You can take as many tests as you want. For example you can take NET tests held by NUST University, Islamabad & also the best alternative is National Aptitude Test (NAT) held by NTS every month. You can take as many tests as you can & apply on one of those tests in which the marks obtained are maximum. You can also take SAT which is an international test & is valid for two years.
